In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

The maximum total liability of king1 to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being made.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the king1 customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible cash balances will be processed for withdrawal, subject to KYC requirements being met and no outstanding term violations.

King1 reserves the right to close or suspend a player's account under the following circumstances:
